A Boyle County grand jury indicted the following 36 people on May 31:

• Jason Asbury, 34, 54 Kinnard Kelly, Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodone; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Tanner Banks, 21, 75 Spring Run Road, Stanford: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking less than $500 from Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000. Norman Lawrence with Walmart Loss Prevention testified.

• Mark Belcher, 51, 159 Tank Pond Road, Parksville: receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000 owned by Walmart; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Brandon Klein with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Lindsay Bell, 28, 413 North Fourth St., Danville: two counts third-degree assault of a police officer; third-degree criminal mischief for allegedly damaging property of the two officers. Bail was set at $10,000. Ben Ray with the DPD testified.

• Kenneth Brawner, 40, 765 Stoner Court, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine; tampering with physical evidence; DUI. Bail was set at $25,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Michael Brown, 32, 212 Pleasant Drive, Danville: trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Kenneth Burrows, 488 Larue St., Harrodsburg: second-degree escape for allegedly failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Jessica Burton, 30, 6635 Ky. 1194 CMN, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Judy Caldwell, 68, 4091 White Oak Road, London: first-degree criminal attempt to commit promoting contraband when she allegedly attempted to take contraband into Northpoint Training Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Tracy Nietzel with Northpoint Training Center testified.

• Geovonia Coleman, 34, 1001 Ridgeway Drive, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Rodney Durham, 42, 406 Locust St., Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Nikki Fairchild, 35, 226 West Maxwell St., Stanford: second-degree escape for allegedly failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Toulemne George, 40, 176 Hartland Drive, Danville: second-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000. Josh Faulkner with the DPD testified.

• Cornell Gist, 26, 3204 Patricia Drive, Louisville: first-degree promoting contraband into Northpoint Training Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Nietzel testified.

• Chasity Goldsberry, 38, 1611 Roosevelt, Henderson: first-degree promoting contraband into Northpoint Training Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Nietzel testified.

• Whitney Hartner, 23, 117 Centre Estates Drive: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, fentanyl and heroin combined; first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at $15,000. Patrick McQueen with the DPD testified.

• Corey Hilliard, 30, 347 Long Ave., Lebanon: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, cocaine; first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at $25,000. Paul Megilligan with the DPD testified.

• Gerald Hughes, 28, 195 Candlewood Drive, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Yolonda Jackson, 45, 421 Patrician Place, Danville:  theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000 for allegedly taking property owned by Hobby Lobby. Bail was set at $5,000. Brandon Klein with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Kellie McAninch, 36, 82 Wheeler Woods Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving without car insurance. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.

• Joshua Morgan, 30, 232 North College St., Harrodsburg: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the BCDC as ordered by judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified. First-degree unlawful access to a computer for the purpose of obtaining money or property by fraud; third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000 of property from Walmart. • Marvin Mullins Jr., 46, 556 Allah Ave., Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Victoria Mullins, 32, 306 University Dr., Richmond: two counts unlawful access to a computer to allegedly obtain money or property by fraud; third-degree burglary; identity theft; theft by unlawful taking less than $500. • Amanda Padgett, 34, 319 Hudson Ave., Danville: first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at $5,000. Spradlin testified.

• James Padgett, 35, 122 Poor Ridge Pike, Lancaster: second-degree possession of a forged check in the amount of $360.17 drawn on Community Trust Bank. Bail was was at $5,000. Mullins testified.

• Antonio Palmer, 45, 1031 Marcellus Drive, Lexington: first-degree possession of controlled substance, cocaine; first-degree fleeing or evading police in vehicle; driving on DUI suspended license; DUI second offense. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Travis Settles, 40, 221 North College St., Harrodsburg: first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at $5,000. Allen testified.

• Gregory Smith, 52, 218 Longview Dr., Nicholasville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Rodman Tolliver, 45, 126 Hamilton Drive, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine; driving on a DUI-suspended license. Bail was set at $10,000. Addison testified.

• David Walker II, 36, 400 Brock Lane, Harrodsburg: possession of two or more items of equipment and/or chemicals to manufacture methamphetamine; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; driving on DUI suspended license. • Dustin Watson, 27, 406 Holladay Drive, Danville: first-degree sexual abuse by subjecting a male younger than 12 years old to sexual contact. Bail was set at $10,000. Lisa Dollins with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Derrick Weigel, 25, 411 Crescent Drive, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000. Addison testified.
