A Mercer County grand jury indicted the following 24 people on May 25:

• Roilandis Esteves, 30, 6635 Evangeline Ave., Louisville: driving under the influence of intoxicants; driving without car insurance; driving without a license; first-degree fleeing or evading police; first-degree criminal mischief for allegedly causing more than $1,000 in damage to Bright Leaf Resort property. Bail was set at $5,000. TJ Godbey with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Tyler Tudor, 29, 220 Pope Road, Danville: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; driving without car insurance; driving without a license; first-degree criminal mischief for allegedly causing more than $1,000 in damage to property belonging to Mercer County Board of Education. • Meagan Sims, 19, 689 Beaumont Ave., Harrodsburg; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, cocaine; first-degree wanton endangerment to a child; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Brian Allen with the HPD testified.

• Zachary Lay, 19, 689 Beaumont Ave., Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, cocaine; first-degree wanton endangerment of a child; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Allen testified.

• John Montgomery, 44, 635 Carrigan Drive, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving on suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000. Derek Patterson with the HPD testified.

• Carl Helton, 36, 1985 Danville Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or greater offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Bail was set at $20,000. Ryan Evans with the HPD testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. • Dakota Perkins, 25, 6610 Ky. 1247, Waynesburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving on suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000. Scott Elder with the MCSO testified.

• Jennifer Shangraw, 30, 410 Longview Road, Danville: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful talking less than $500 from Walmart; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Allen testified.

• Holly Bailey, 35, 2193 Mackville Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $10,000. Patterson testified.

• Rodney Durham, 42, 406 Locust St., Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodone. Bail was set at $10,000. Patterson testified.

• Martavio Buster, 32, 304 West Lane, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Matt Swabey with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Ronald Callahan, 51, 301 Forest Hill Drive, Frankfort: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, fourth offense; driving on DUI-suspended license, second offense. Bail was set at $10,000. Godbey testified.

• Rodrecus Blakey, 39, 1744 Jennifer Road, Lexington: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine; driving without car insurance. Bail was set at $5,000. Aaron Steele with the HPD testified.

• Cari Simpson, 32, 431 West Office St., Harrodsburg: two counts first-degree unlawful access to a computer for the purpose of obtaining money or property by fraud. Bail was set at $20,000. Steele testified.

• Jacob Record, 24, 1353 Warwick Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Allen testified.

William Watts, 43, 67 St. Catherine St., Harrodsburg: possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $10,000. Patterson testified.

• Kenneth Burrows, 29, 488 Larue St., Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $5,000. Swabey testified.

• Joshua Collins, 28, 375 Normans Camp Road, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape for allegedly fleeing from the custody of the MCSO. Bail was set at $5,000. Swabey testified.

• Jonathan Cornish, 42, 3878 Battle Road, Mackville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Godbey testified.

• Dale Lanham, 37, 1031 Lexington Road, Harrodsburg: failure to comply with a sex offender registry. Bail was set at $5,000. Wes Gaddis with the MCSO testified.

• Michael Conover, 25, 105 Dry Branch Road, Harrodsburg: second-degree criminal abuse for allegedly wantonly placing a child less than 12 years old in a situation that caused cruel punishment or may cause serious physical injury, or that another person did so by acting in complicity with the defendant. Bail was set at $5,000. Gaddis testified.

• Edward Davidson, 33, 504 Longview Road, Danville: flagrant non-support. Bail was set at $5,000, non-refundable. Brenda Savage testified.

• Natalie Yeast, 23, 217 West Factory St., Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000. Allen testified.

• Travis Peyton, 36, 3415 Louisville Road, Salvisa: two counts flagrant non-support. Bail was set at $5,000 each count, non-refundable. Stephanie Allen testified.
