HARRODSBURG — Fort Harrod Back Country Horsemen (FHBCH) is having a charitable trail ride at Camp Horsin’ Around on Father’s Day, June 18 beginning at 4 p.m. All riders must bring their own horse, with a negative coggins required for each animal.

Camp Horsin’ Around is located at 1159 Claunch Road, Perryville. The cost is $15 per horse, with all proceeds benefitting Camp Horsin’ around. Riders are also asked to bring a snack to share, their own drinks and chairs.

“Camp Horsin’ around is such a great cause and offers a beautiful facility,” said Emily Dennis, FHBCH president. “We look forward to returning for another enjoyable trail ride to celebrate Father’s Day and Camp Horsin’ Around’s great work with children.”

Camp Horsin’ Around provides an outdoor camp adventure for children whose health is compromised or who have special needs. The camp welcomes donations, with all contributions tax deductible.
