Boyle grand jury indictments

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Aug. 2:
• Seth Frazier, 22, 1453 Tatum Road, Shelbyville: second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot. Bail was set at $2,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• James Young, 56, 1071 East Lexington Ave., Danville: fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $2,000. Nathan Brown with Danville Police Department testified.
• Brandi Harmon, 26, 1833 Johnson Branch Road, Parksville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference on another indictment.
• Marsha Anderson, 40, 3479 Buckhorn Drive, Lexington: second-degree escape when she failed to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the BCSO testified.
• Gregory Belcher, 47, 4890 White Oak Road, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Joseph Burns, 37, 218 West Erskine Drive, Danville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance second or more offense, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000. Dean testified.
• Courtney Carroll, 40, 228 Whitney Drive, Lancaster: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment of another indictment.
• James Goodlett, 21, 528 Fallis Run, Harrodsburg: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000, Dean testified.
• William Hair, 46, 385 Fitzgerald Lane, Junction City: first-degree possession of controlled substance, hydrocodone. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
• Jameson Holtzclaw, 33, 121 Danville St., Lancaster: third-degree assault by spitting on a corrections officer. Bail was set at $5,000. Timothy Rice with the BCDC testified.
• George Horton, 40, 181 Southern Drive, Perryville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.
• James Johnson, 47, 360 Tennessee Ridge Road, Parksville: first-degree criminal attempt to commit unlawful transaction with a minor under age 16 to engage in illegal sexual activity. Bail was set at $10,000. Hunter Hensley with the Kentucky State Police testified.
• Melinda Kennedy, 52, 4670 Maxey Valley Road, Hustonville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Aaron Sparks with the DPD testified.
• Michael Kennedy, 51, 4670 Maxey Valley Road, Hustonville: theft of a motor vehicle registration plate or decal; first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Sparks testified.
• Donald Lofton, 48, 414 Adams St., Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Adam Wilson with the DPD testified.
• Austin McClure, 22, 115 Foster Lane, Stanford: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle; three counts first-degree wanton endangerment; two counts first-degree unlawful imprisonment; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; driving vehicle without insurance. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Jenna McCoy, 23, 1207 West Walnut St., Danville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth Bail was set at $10,000. Addison testified. Also first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000 Dean testified.
• Hailey Prather, 30, 614 Ben Ali Drive, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Brandon Klein with the DPD testified.
• Shane Puckett, 30, 511 Osage Court, New Castle, KY: theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000 by taking property belonging to Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000. Norman Lawrence with Walmart testified.
• Timothy Stratton, 47, 433 Whites Ridge Road, Parksville: third-degree assault on an officer by kicking him; driving a vehicle under the influence, second offense. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Crystal Strevels, 38, 245 West Ila Ave., Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Brigette Tecolapa, 30, 62 Brookview Road, Stanford: flagrant non-support for her three children. Bail was set at $5,000 non-refundable. Narcisco Tecolapa testified.
• Eddie Wesley, 37, 1051 Hopewell Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree unlawful access to a computer when he accessed a computer system with owner’s consent for the purpose of obtaining money or property. Bail was set at $10,000. Scott Elder with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.
