The Community Arts Center held a reception for its newest exhibit Friday evening. The En Plein Air exhibit features artwork from members of the outdoor painting and art group Plein Air Artists of Central Kentucky.

The works on display were painted, photographed or otherwise created by PAACK members.

“During the summer months, PAACK meets regularly for organized ‘paint-outs’ in the community, visiting local farms, parks and historic landmarks,” according to the Community Arts Center. “In the winter months, the group meets at the arts center for figure drawing and still life sessions.”
