The following people were indicted by a Casey County grand jury on July 21:

• James Louis Rodgers, 66, 1746 Poplar Springs Road, Liberty: first-degree wanton endangerment when he fired a gun multiple times in the direction of another man. Bail set same as bond. Trooper Mike Woodrum with the Kentucky State Police testified.

• Jimmy Dean Owens, 46, 416 Carmicle St., Liberty: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon by having a Rossi .357 magnum revolver and or a Jennings 9 mm semi-automatic pistol after having been convicted of a felony; receiving stolen property $10,000 or more when he received or disposed of a 2005 Dodge truck; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; public intoxication. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or property. Trooper Adam Likins with KSP testified.

• Rodney Lee Daniel, 39, 104 Pop Road, Russell Springs: first-degree bail jumping. Bail was set at $10,000 cash only. Deputy Chad Weddle with the Casey County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Timothy Ray Duncan, 39, 1688 School House Road, Liberty: first-degree bail jumping; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $10,000 cash only. Weddle testified.

• William Delmer Luttrell, 42, 4540 Thomas Ridge Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine; driving under the influence of intoxicants; driving vehicle on suspended license; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set same as bond. Weddle testified.

• James Robert Bagby Jr., 37, 156 Ok Lane, Mannsville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree fleeing or evading police; third-degree assault of officer; resisting arrest; second-degree escape; DUI; speeding 10 mph over limit. Bail was set same as bond. Weddle testified.

• Jerry Rollen Cochran, 61, 1056 Peyton Ridge Road, Liberty: receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000; DUI; no driver’s license. Bail was set same as bond. Weddle testified.

• Garrad Daniel Rowland, 25, 153 Westwood Drive, Liberty: possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set same as bond. Weddle testified.

• Wilbur Riddle Jr., 37, 368 Stanford St., Crab Orchard: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,500 cash only. Weddle testified.

• Bradley Shane Payton, 30, 5089 Dry Ridge Road, Liberty: third-degree burglary; second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property between $500 and $10,000; second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was same bond set in district court. Weddle testified.

• Billy Joe Lyons, 43, 1506 Cardwell Road, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary; three counts first-degree persistent felony offender; second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property between $500 and $10,000; second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or property. Weddle testified.

• Ivy Marie Kidd, 31, 5089 Dry Ridge Road, Liberty: third-degree burglary; three counts second-degree persistent felony offender; second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property between $500 and $10,000; second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or property. Weddle testified.

• Megan D. Clements, 32, 3717 Wilson Ridge Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, second offense; possession of drug paraphernalia.

• William Scott Phelps, 36, 1362 Martins Creek Road, Liberty: receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000.
