Hogan Moore Jr. rides his motorcycle through a cone weave maneuver  as part of his road test to obtain a motorcycle driver’s license Tuesday morning. Debbie Cooper, Kentucky State Police certified license examiner, watches and takes notes. After carefully following Cooper’s precise instructions on the course marked in the lower parking lot behind the Garrard County Judicial Center, Moore earned his first  motorcycle license. Moore said he’s been riding bikes since he was in seventh grade and enjoys riding the country backroads. As for taking the test, Moore said, “This was easy!”
