Soup supper

McKinney Christian Church’s Lydia Circle will be having a soup supper beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 6. The menu includes soup, sandwich dessert and drink for $5 for adults and $3 for children under age 12.

Trinity’s annual fall luncheon

Trinity Episcopal Church and the Episcopal Church Women will be having their annual fall luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28 at the church, 320 West Main Street in Danville. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door and you may dine in or carry out. Menu includes your choice of soups, sandwiches, salads, homemade desserts and a beverage. All proceeds go to benefit Trinity Alter Guild and Trinity Coummunity Outreach.

Southern Gospel music

Salt River Baptist Church is hosting The Blakey Quartet, at 6 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 24. The church is located at 5125 Perryville Road, Danville.

Singing

MITCHELLSBURG — Mitchellsburg Baptist Church will have special singing with Tom Shelton during the evening service, 6 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 24.

90th Anniversary service

Bethel Baptist Church will celebrate it’s 90th church anniversary Sunday, Sept. 24. The afternoon service begins at 3 p.m. with guest speaker Rev. Jeff Yocum and the congregation from First Baptist Church of Perryville. Dinner will be served. Everyone is welcome to attend.
