The following person was indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on Aug. 19:

• Jason Scott “Weigand” Faith, 42, 2222 Fourth St., Hibbing, Minnesota: four counts incest; two counts second-degree rape, female under age 14; two counts third-degree rape of female under age 16. Bail was set at $7,500 cash or property. Detective Frank Thornberry with the Kentucky State Police testified.

The following people were directly indicted by information on Aug. 29:

• Margaret Adams, 33: third-degree burglary.

• Jessica Ann Sharp, 38, 195 River Drive, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance,meth; possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Michael E. Maddox, 41, 1661 Kirksville Road, Lancaster: first-degree criminal mischief.
