The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Sept. 14:

• Jason Bailey, 36, 2384 Sulpher Creek Road, Columbia: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Brandon Conley with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Joseph Burns, 37, 218 West Erskine Drive, Danville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, fentanyl second or more offense. Bail was set at $10,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.

• Morgan Caffey, 34, 120 Shake Rag Road, Waynesburg: first-degree promoting contraband when she introduced dangerous contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Bail was set at $5,000. Jonathan Mullins with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Alec Camden, 25, 304 B Danville Ave., Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Hunter Claunch, 23, 100 Nancy Ave., Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Ricky Sellers with BCSO testified.

• Anna Cummins, 43, 601 Phillips Lane, Junction City: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Conley testified.

• Dalton Durham, 22, 5570 Alum Springs Road, Parksville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Aaron Estell-Bradshaw, 23, 510 Orange St., Richmond: first-degree possession of controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Keith Addison with BCSO testified.

• Jerusha Fitzgerald, 43, 4225 Jackson Road, Eminence: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Bobby Hagan Jr., 32, 821 East Main St., Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the BCSO testified.

• Roy Hines, 54, 3185 Ky 198, Hustonville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Jameson Holtzclaw, 33, 121 Danville St., Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Hobie Daugherty with the DPD testified.

• Brian Lainhart, 455 Delcamp Drive, Lexington: kidnapping with serious physical injury; first-degree assault when he intentionally stabbed the female victim with a deadly weapon; first-degree fleeing or evading police; first-degree wanton endangerment of a law enforcement officer. • Kristidawn Laswell, 43, 9630 Lebanon Road, Parksville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree promoting contraband when she introduced dangerous contraband into the BCDC; possession of drug paraphernalia. • Daniel Lirette, 33, 126 Cave Springs Road, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• James Mariani, 42, 3153 White Oak Road, Junction City: two counts third-degree assault when he intentionally engaged in a physical altercation with law enforcement officers. Bail was set at $10,000. Sally Bustle with the DPD testified.

• Jordan Rothwell, 43, 531 Adams St., Danville: first-degree wanton endangerment when he used a knife to create danger of death or serious injury as a persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $20,000. Jonathan Mullins with DPD testified.

• Matthew Sapp, 34, 422 Perkins Ave., Danville: DUI fourth or more offense; driving on DUI suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Obie Wilson, 40, 885 Ky. 2141, Stanford: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the BCDC as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Jodie Woods, 34, 435 Hazlett Hollow Road, Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
