The following people were indicted by a Garrard County grand jury on Sept.15:

• Stephanie Cokonougher, 29, 304 North Epworth Ave., Wilmore: first degree possession of controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, methamphetamine; trafficking in synthetic drugs. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Officer A. Weston with the Garrard County Police Department testified.

• Jakey Weber, 42, 136 North Lee Drive, Lancaster: first degree possession of controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Weston testified.

• Bryan Browning, 26, 629 North Vista Way, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Weston testified.

• Samantha Turner, 35, 629 North Vista Way, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Summons was issued. Weston testified.

• Timothy Ray Foley, 47, 2704 Buckeye Road, Lancaster: second-degree assault when he caused physical injury to another person with a dangerous instrument; second-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Weston testified.

• Hunter O. Hawley, 25, 121 Raven Wood Drive, Frankfort: possession of marijuana; first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Officer R. Tudor with the Lancaster Police Department testified.

• Jackie Hume, 41, and Janie E. Barnes, 48, both of 402 South Southway Drive, Lancaster: receiving stolen property worth $500 or more; receiving stolen firearm; first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 each. Weston testified.

• Joshua Lamb, 25, 121 Raven Wood Drive, Frankfort: two counts second-degree burglary when he illegally entered a church building for the purpose of committing a crime; theft by unlawful taking of property worth $500 or more. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Officers T. Williard and T. Royce with the LPD testified.

• Daniel J. Lirette Jr., 33, 126 Cave Springs Drive, Lancaster: driving under the influence of intoxicants; four counts first-degree wanton endangerment; two counts first-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000 cash. Sgt. W. Preston with the LPD testified.

Timothy Dale Reade, 35, 368 Baker Fork Road, Emmalena: speeding 26 mph over limit; first-degree fleeing or evading police; first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000 cash. Weston testified.

Cory P. Wilson, 24, 649 North Vista Way; Anita Sallee, 46, 629 North Vista Way; and Chasity A. Smithers, 38, 629 North Vista Way, all of Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,500 each. Weston testified.
