OCTOBER 4

12:40 a.m., caller from Mason Avenue is reporting hearing several shots fired; sheriff’s officer stopped vehicle leaving the area; fireworks were found in the vehicle and driver admitted to firing them off.

4:52 a.m., officer is going from emergency room with a male to Orchard Drive; arrest made.

9:36 a.m., caller is requesting to check on the welfare of three juveniles at a residence.

12:44 p.m., a student is kicking teachers at Woodlawn Elementary School.

4:25 p.m., a male at the Allen Company is trapped under 400 pounds of dirt and he may have broken legs; 5:26 p.m., patient if free.

4:32 p.m., subject detained at Enterprise Rent A Car; arrest made.

4:34 p.m., caller from Lisa Avenue reported hearing gunshots or fireworks earlier this morning; she has returned home and found a bullet hole in her garage.

7:32 p.m., officer to check on the welfare of a young woman with an infant who is sitting on the ledge of the viaduct.

8:40 p.m., several juveniles just came to the caller’s house in order to fight her daughter.

10:13 p.m., traffic stop with a vehicle reported as being driving by an unauthorized driver; arrest made at Bate and Fourth streets.

11:48 p.m., vehicle stop on the bypass; arrest made.

OCTOBER 5

7:16 a.m., report that the GM building on Maple Avenue was broken into; 8:50 a.m., conference with Lexington Metro Police; 9:08 a.m., Lexington Metro has located the vehicle with two males.

10:13 a.m., report of a theft of a bicycle tire on West Walnut Street.

12:52 p.m., three-vehicle non-injury accident at Third Street and Lexington Avenue.

1:05 p.m., an assault occurred on Perryville Road; referred call to other agency.

1:24 p.m., non-injury accident involving a city vehicle on East Main Street.

1:43 p.m., a male with a backpack is in the “secret garden” at the back of the school on Perryville Road; officer told subject to stay away from all Boyle County schools; subject dropped off at the public library.

2:24 p.m., arrest made on West Main Street.

2:32 p.m., a male in front of residence on West Broadway is yelling obscenities and may be talking on a phone; unable to locate subject.

4:38 p.m., arrest made on Nichols Street.

4:47 p.m., caller is requesting an officer check on the welfare of two young children living in a residence without utilities and are not being taken care off; subjects are gone.

5:13 p.m., report of a stolen utility truck that was taken on Tuesday night on Lancaster Road.

5:49 p.m., citizen is stuck in the city parking garage on the Third Street side; request for hospital security to assist officer.

7:21 p.m., 10 juveniles are playing football in the street and are throwing the ball over passing cars; unable to locate juveniles.

9:05 p.m., caller witnessed two dogs attacking another dog about 10 minutes ago on West Jefferson Avenue.

9:21 p.m., vehicle stop on bypass; arrest made.
