Casey County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Casey County grand jury on Oct. 19:

Brian Wesley Means, 50, 827 East Yosemite Road, Yosemite: first-degree bail jumping; two counts first-degree persistent felony offender; first-degree possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine second offense; tampering with physical evidence. No bond was set. Deputy Chad Weddle with the Casey County Sheriff’s Office testified.

Jantzen C. Hale, 36, 686 Memory Drive: first-degree bail jumping; second-degree persistent felony offender; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; second-degree possession of controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Weddle testified.

Justin Lee Adams, 33, 5872 Ky. 837, Kings Mountain: first-degree bail jumping. No bail was set; Weddle testified.

Millard Dwayne Rigdon, 52, 251 Fair St.: first-degree bail jumping. No bond was set. Weddle testified.

Robert Leland Campbell, 29, 833 Carneal Road, Lexington: first-degree bail jumping. No bond was set. Weddle testified.

Carla Ann Randolph, 41, 2871 Ky. 198, Middleburg: first-degree bail jumping. No bond was set. Weddle testified.

Ginny Lynn Godbey, 51, 2871 Ky. 198, Middleburg: first-degree bail jumping. No bond was set. Weddle testified.

Stephan R. Smith, 23, 284 East Fork Road: first-degree wanton endangerment; driving under the influence of intoxicants; no driver’s insurance. Bond was continued from district court. Weddle testified.

Brandon Lee Johnson, 35, 1310 Dry Ridge Road: four counts second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; complicity to identity theft. Bail was set at $2,500 cash only. Weddle testified.

Ivy M. Kidd, 32, 1310 Dry Ridge Road: complicity to second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; two counts second-degree persistent felony offender; identity theft. Bail was continued. Weddle testified.

William Ed Bullock, III, 39: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $10,000 cash only. Casey County Sheriff Jerry Coffman testified.

Rabecca J. Hobbs, 39: three counts third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking, $500; third-degree criminal mischief; second-degree persistent felony offender. Summons was issued. Trooper Mike Woodrum with the Kentucky State Police testified.

The following person was indicted on criminal information on Oct. 26:

John Laurence Morgan, 54, 104 Apple St., Cookeville, Tennessee: DUI; trafficking in marijuana more than 5 pounds; possession of drug paraphernalia.
