Natalie Hayes sustained two concussions and two head traumas, not four concussions as it stated in “Teen navigates concussions with help of therapies,” published in Monday’s edition of The Advocate-Messenger.

Veteran’s Day Assembly at DHS

Danville High School’s chapter of the Junior Statesmen of America would like to formally invite all veterans in the community to attend a special Veteran’s Day assembly in DHS’s Gravely Hall on Thursday, Nov. 9, at 12:30 p.m. Veterans will be recognized and celebrated, with a dessert reception following the ceremony.

Meeting

Danville-Boyle County Airport Board regular meeting – Thursday, Nov. 9, 6 p.m. at the airport to discuss general business.

Bradfordsville Jamboree

Bradfordsville Jamboree – Friday, Nov. 10, at Old Bradfordsville School gym. Doors open at 5 p.m. Admission is $10. Music begins at 7 p.m.  Kentucky South Band (Phillip Clarkson) with special guest Wayne Wardle. Meal: chili and crackers or pinto beans and cornbread, pimento cheese or peanut butter sandwich, dessert, drink – $7.
