NOVEMBER 2

6:57 a.m., vehicle has struck a deer near Junction City First Baptist Church on U.S. 127.

7:37 a.m., a vehicle has struck a deer at U.S. 127 and Chandler Drive.

7:44 a.m., a hit and run collision just occurred on West Main Street; fleeing vehicle is a gray truck.

9:47 a.m., a physical domestic assault just occurred between a brother and sister on Adams Street.

10:21 a.m., arrest made at Pioneer Marathon on Stanford Road.

12:17 p.m., a physical domestic altercation is in progress on Worldstown Road.

12:29 p.m., caller is reporting that wife is home alone and it sounds like someone is attempting to break into the back door.

12:33 p.m., emergency room staff is requesting to speak to someone in the sheriff’s department.

4:01 p.m., caller wants to speak to an officer about the identity of a shoplifting suspect that is posted on Facebook.

5:06 p.m., male may be unconscious in a white car at Regency and Main Street; arrest made.

5:34 p.m., caller from McKinley Avenue hear a possible gunshot and saw a male running toward Lisa Avenue.

6:03 p.m., a male is yelling outside of McKinley Avenue and now the neighbors are all leaving; 6:15 p.m., the male is yelling threats toward the neighbors.

6:09 p.m., possible injury accident on Jane Trail; arrest made.

6:19 p.m., officer is checking on a male who was released to his father; a gun and synthetics were seized.

6:59 p.m., a known drug user is at Holladay Drive residence who has been told not to trespass there; arrest made.

7:05 p.m., a grease fire on the stove is spreading at Longview Drive residence; residents have evacuated; 7:18 p.m., fire is extinguished; KU, and Atmos notified.

7:07 p.m., a vehicle has struck a deer on Lebanon Road; additional call requesting to put the deer down before it gets in the road.

7:58 p.m., a blue vehicle is at the intersection near Kroger; a male is unconscious behind the wheel; at least three people are in the vehicle; arrest made.

8:44 p.m., arrest made at Centre Estates Drive residence.

9:45 p.m., social services is en route to a residence due to allegations of abuse to a juvenile.

9:57 p.m., several males were in a physical altercation with the restaurant employee and property was damaged; report taken; 11:34 p.m., subject from the altercation has returned to the scene; subject told to not trespass.

11:16 p.m., a verbal altercation is in progress where a male is on drugs at Perryville Road residence.

11:51 p.m., a raccoon is stuck in the window pane between the bars; animal control notified.

11:58 p.m., caller’s daughter has invited several females over and they’re causing a disturbance and are refusing to leave; during the call to police, the subjects left the scene.
