Boyle grand jury hands up 54 indictments 

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Oct. 31:

• April Gehlhausen, 29, 112 West St., Crab Orchard: facilitation first-degree traffic in a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Eddie Wesley, 37, 1051 Hopewell Road, Harrodsburg: receiving stolen property less than $500. Bail was set at $2,000. Scott Elder with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Jeffery Adams, 51, 2475 Bowen Road, Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Mark Anderson, 21, 117 West Broadway: first-degree promoting contraband when he brought dangerous contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Steven DeBord with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Tiffany Baker, 34, 305 Caldwell St.: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Toney Dollins with the Kentucky State Police testified.

• Johnny Beshears, 42, 6911 Ky. 698, Hustonville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Virginia Blackburn, 55, 324 Forrest Ave.: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Waylon Bowling, 40, 645 Ed Padgett Road, Waynesburg: nine counts first-degree unlawful access to computer for the purpose of obtaining money or property for himself by fraud. Bail was set at $30,000. Sally Bustle with the DPD testified.

• Michael Brock, 41, 116 East Broadway: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Dollins testified. Tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $5,000. Donnie Moses with BCSO testified.

• Donald Cocanougher, 23, 1823 Shakertown Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree fleeing or evading police; first-degree criminal mischief when he caused more than $1,000 in damage to BCSO property; four counts first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree criminal mischief when he caused more than $1,000 in damaged to  personal property; receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000 when he was in possession of a vehicle owned by Auto Connection; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot. Bail was set at $20,000. Kody Cloud with the BCSO and Parker Hatter of the Perryville Police Department testified.

• Dalton Coffman, 23, 3575 Alum Springs Road: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000. Jonathan Mullins with the DPD testified. Second-degree escape when he failed to return to the BCDC. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the BCSO testified.

• Christopher Cox, 35, 1896 Cave Road, Campbellsville: making false statements to obtain or increase benefits more than $100 when he misappropriated the use of a Medicaid identification card. Bail was set at $5,000. Paul Cales with the Office of Inspector General.

• Kohdy Cunningham, 28, 635 Carrigan St.: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the BCDC as ordered by the judge for eight cases. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Heather Demare, 32, 211 Hycliff St., Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, heroin; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Brandon Douglas, 30, 25 Fitzgerald Road: tampering with physical evidence; possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; second-degree fleeing or evading police. Bail was set at $10,000. Keith Addison with the BCSO testified.

• Christina Dye, 30, 3940 Ky. 328 East, Waynesburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Kristin Ferrell, 45, 2501 Maggie Cove, Lexington: first-degree possession of controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Matt Swabey with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Christopher Gehlhausen, 46, 925 Osburn Road, Brodhead: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; first-degree promoting contraband when be brought dangerous contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Bryan Gooch, 33, 100 Winning Colors: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $10,000. Dean testified.

• John Graves, 28, 220 West Jefferson Ave.: second-degree escape with he failed to return to the BCDC as order by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Erica Guerrero, 29, 70 Ky. 643, Harrodsburg: second-degree perjury; first-degree perjury. Bail was set at $5,000. Hobie Daugherty with the DPD testified.

• Bobby Hagan Jr., 32, 821 East Main St.: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl, second or more offense. Bail was set at $10,000. Dean testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Kellen Hamilton, 22, 219 North Maple Ave.: eight counts second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument when she possessed forged checks drawn on Fort Knox Credit Union. Bail was set at $15,000. Clark Logan with the DPD testified.

• Travis Helton, 33, 1985 Danville Road, Harrodsburg:  first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Zachary Hensley, 26, 260 Markim Drive, Crittenden: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. No bail was set; McCoy testified.

• Dewayne Hogue, 53, 5655 White Oak Road, Junction City: tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance,meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Addison testified.

• Michael Holman, 26, 215 Richmond St, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; fraudulently use of ID card for benefits with the intent to defraud; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Christopher Horn, 43, 105 Ruston Road: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Matt Hutti with the KSP testified.

• Gregory King, 42, 72 Worldstown Road, Junction City: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Jeremy King, 36, 72 Worldstown Road, Junction City: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Tiffany King, 36, 72 Worldstown Road, Junction City: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Kristidawn Laswell, 43, 9630 Lebanon Road, Parksville: second-degree escape when she failed to return to the BCDC. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified. Third-degree assault by kicking a deputy; first-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $1,000 in damages to person property; third-degree burglary. Bail was set at $15,000. • Arlus Morgan, 34, 124 Maple St. Burgin: trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $25,000. McCoy testified.

• Deodric Nealy, 24, 418 Patrician Place: 20 counts criminal possession of a forged instrument drawn on Fort Knox Credit Union. Bail was set at $20,000. Clark Logan with the DPD testified.

• Darrell Padgett, 46, 124 Hustonville St., Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Richard Pike, 34, 57 Church Loop, Parksville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving without insurance. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Jason Rayens, 41, 145 Mitchell St., Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.

• Benjamin Russell, 33, 105 Hartford Place, West Monroe, Louisiana: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; tampering with physical evidence; driving on suspended license; driving without insurance. Bail was set at $10,000. Addison testified.

• Dustin Stephens, 28, 5033 South Ky. 1680, Jamestown: third-degree burglary, by unlawfully entering Walmart; theft by unlawful taking less than $500. Bail was set at $5,000. Aaron Sparks with the DPD testified.

• Eugenio Tecalco, 41, 440 Longview Drive: driving under the influence; driving on DUI suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000. Dean testified.
