Church to present play

The play, “The Good Shepherd” will be presented Sunday, Dec. 17 at 6 p.m. at Charity First Church of God, located on College Street in Hustonville.

Retirement reception

Gethsemane Baptist is hosting a retirement reception for Dr. Steven James and his wife Debby, from 1-3 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 17 at the church’s fellowship hall, located on Quinsenberrry Ave. Anyone who like to stop by and wish them well is encouraged to do so.

Christmas family dinner

God’s Hometown Church will be having its Christmas meal for family and friends at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17. The church is located in Junction City at the Stith Family Center. Bro. Donald Lear is pastor, (859) 854-9293.
