Boyle County indictments, Dec. 22

Editor’s note: Since this story was published, the charges against Larry J. Parrott have been dismissed with prejudice and his record has been expunged.

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Dec. 14:

• Bryan Biggs, 41, 313 Young Drive, Stanford: two counts of first-degree unlawful access to a computer; one count of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument when he possess a forged check in the amount of $200 drawn on PNC Bank. Bail was set at $15,000. Brandon Klein for the Danville Police Department testified.

• Matthew Bolin, 23, 111 Wilcox St., Campbellsville: two counts of third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; one count theft by unlawful taking under $500 by taking merchandise from Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000. Adam Wilson with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Ignacio Brasfield, 36, 335 Hideaway Drive, Somerset: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance when he possessed with the intent to traffic in two or more grams of methamphetamine. Bail is set at $10,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Alfred Briscoe, 22, 741 Hildeen Drive, Apt. A, Harrodsburg: two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment when wantonly created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Levi Elmore or Walter Benedict by pointing a firearm in their directions. Bail is set at $5,000. Tanner Abbott with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Dequan Brown, 23, 269 Kelly Way, Lebanon: two counts of unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities. Bail was set at $10,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Joseph Brown, 49, 119 Rolling Hills: third-degree criminal attempt to commit unlawful transaction with a minor when he knowingly attempted to induce, assist, or cause a minor, or a law enforcement officer posing as a minor pursuant to KRS 510.155 to disobey his parents, knowing or believing that he was under the age of 18; resisting arrest; and third-degree escape, when he escaped from the custody of the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office. Bail was set at $2,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Mitchell Brown, 30, 216 Powell St., Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Hubert Carter, 52, 2410 Woodlawn, Ennis, Texas: unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities. Bail was set at $5,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Howard Campbell, 34, 228 Wilderness Road: violation of an emergency protective order; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance when he possessed with the intent to traffic 10 or more dosage units of hydrocodone. Bail set at $10,000. Paul Megilligan with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Lonnie Coffman, 49, 91 Lausman Ave.: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of drug paraphernalia, when he possessed scales, pipes and baggies. Bail set at $15,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Debra Cook, 34, 150 Pumpkin Run: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court. Bail is set to $5,000. Kari Lamb testified.

• Jimmy Crews, 55, 1600 Scrubgrass Road, Parksville: second-degree burglary by knowingly and unlawfully entering the dwelling house of Scotty Caldwell; persistent felony offender. Bail is set at $20,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Department testified.

• Michael Cruse, 46, 102 Newbell Road, #T6, Columbus, Missouri: unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities. Bail was set at $5,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Caleb Daniels, 20, 602 E. Third St., Perryville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a guilty plea in the Boyle Circuit Court. Bail is set at $10,000. Kari Lamb testified.

• Rhonda Draper, 55, 1504 Bonnie Court: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified. 

• Richard Fransen, 38, of 16508 Tauton Vale, Louisville: unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities. Bail was set at $5,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Christy Griffith, 43, 2873 Bowen Road, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail is set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Andrew Hardin, 26, of 905 Josh Cox Road, Lebanon: unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities. Bail was set at $5,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Zachary Hensley, 26, 260 Markim Drive #4, Crittenden: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail is set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified. 

• Kaitlyn Hicks, 23, 118 Turner Ave., Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; theft of identity, when she possessed or used identifying information of Lakrisha Ramsey; possession of drug paraphernalia, when she possessed a syringe. Bail is set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified. 

• Fredrick Hilpp, 28, 501 Indian Creek Road, Lebanon: third-degree criminal attempt to commit unlawful transaction with a minor when he knowing attempted to induce, assist, or cause a minor, or a law enforcement officer posing as a minor pursuant to KRS 510.155 to disobey his parents, knowing or believing that he was under the age of 18. • George Horton, 40, 181 Southern Drive, Perryville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court. Bail is set at $10,000. Kari Lamb testified.

• Justin Jones, 40, of 496 Will Chancellor Road, Stanford: third-degree criminal attempt to commit unlawful transaction with a minor when he knowing attempted to induce, assist, or cause a minor, or a law enforcement officer posing as a minor pursuant to KRS 510.155 to disobey his parents, knowing or believing that he was under the age of 18. • Heather King, 37, 102 Bushtown Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine; promoting contraband. Bail is set at $10,000. Aaron Steele testified for the Harrodsburg Police Department.

• Antonio Lancaster, 21, 215 North St.: third-degree criminal mischief by causing less than $500 in damages to the property of Bob Allen Motor Mall; third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering the building owned by Bob Allen Motor Mall. Bail was set at $5,000. Hobie Daugherty with the Danville Police Department. 

• Jordan Miller, 25, 118 War Admiral, #A: receiving stolen property $500 or more and less than $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully possessing a vehicle, owned by Ronnie Beasley. Bail was set at $5,000. Tanner Abbott with the Danville Police Department.

• Michael Nevius, 34, 4615 Hustonville Road, Apt. 1: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $5,000. Aaron Sparks with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Charlotte Newman, 47, 1151 Craintown Road, Gravel Switch: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Dereck Northern, 24, 1199 Thurman Road, Somerset: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, two or more grams of methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $10,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Larry Parrott, 39, of 3263 Lawrenceburg Road, Willisburg: third-degree criminal attempt to commit unlawful transaction with a minor when he knowing attempted to induce, assist or cause a minor, or a law enforcement officer posing as a minor pursuant to KRS 510.155 to disobey his parents, knowing or believing that he was under the age of 18. • Jesse Rollison, 28, 243 Harlin St., Gratz, Kentucky: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Anthony Russell, 29, 502 Cornishville Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; driving under the influence, first offense. Bail set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified. 

• Robin Scott, 29, 1984 Dry Ridge Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; operating a motor vehicle while license was revoked or suspended; operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance. Bail set at $5,000. Jacob Ruhe with the Danville Police Department testified. 

• Matthew Shannon, 24, 2840 Mackville Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court. Bail is set to $10,000. Kari Lamb testified.

• Mark Shelton, 33, of 555 Fairgrounds Road, Stanford: third-degree criminal attempt to commit unlawful transaction with a minor when he knowing attempted to induce, assist or cause a minor, or a law enforcement officer posing as a minor pursuant to KRS 510.155 to disobey his parents, knowing or believing that he was under the age of 18. • Bryan Sheron, 43, 1114 Burger Knob, Junction City: third-degree  terroristic threatening when he threatened to kill Michael Clem. Bail set at $2,000. Michael Clem with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Dana Siler, 47, 8615 Lebanon Road, Parksville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Joseph Smith, 50, 415 Sanders Clay Circle: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Heidi Strahan, 54, 125 Spears Lane, Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; and operating a motor vehicle without liability insurance. Bail set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Melissa Ward, 29, 301 N. Hill-N-Dale: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified. 

• Freddie West, 45, 138 Spring Valley Road: trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine; persistent felony offender. Bail is set at $20,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Department testified.

• Shawn Williams, 39, 114 Scott St., #D, Springfield: two counts of unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities. Bail was set at $10,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Edward Wilkerson, 50, 1025 Ridgeway Drive:  two counts of third-degree assault by engaging in a physical altercation with Officer Adam Wilson and Officer Jamison Flynn; one count driving under the influence first offense.
