Jacqueline ‘Jackie’ Bragg

1936-2018

Jacqueline ‘Jackie’ Bragg, 81, died Sunday, January 7, 2018. 

She was born in Crities, West Virginia on June 21, 1936, to the late Arnold Parker and the late Gracie Bell Robinette Mansfield. Jackie was a retired teacher’s aid from KSD. She attended Hedgeville Baptist Church. 

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a daughter, Crystal Bragg; a son, James Bragg; two brothers, Billy Ray Parker and Paul Parker; and a sister, Susie Chaney. 

She is survived by a son, Robert (Gail) Bragg; three sisters, Mary Williams, Jean Parker, and Rosie Hagele; three grandchildren, Tara Lea (Shaun) Bates, Corey (Brandy) Bragg, and Aaron (Tracey) Bragg; seven great-grandchildren, Jade Bates, Trisha Bates, Bentley Bragg, Jaxon Bragg, Abigail Bragg, Jordan Linen and Austin Bragg. 

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m., Friday, January 12, 2018, Stith Funeral Home, Danville. Rev. Jonathan Grizzell will officiate. Interment will be in Danville Memorial Gardens. 

Visitation will be after 5 p.m., Thursday, January 11, 2018, Stith Funeral Home.
