Lincoln County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on Dec. 27:

Michael L. Skidmore, 47, 422 Indian Camp Road: second-degree burglary; third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking more than $500; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond was set at $50,000 cash or property. Lincoln County Sheriff Curt Folger testified.

Lejerno J. Robertson, 26, 4536 U.S. 27 North, Lancaster: two counts second-degree burglary by entering or remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime; two counts theft by unlawful taking less than $500; third-degree burglary; receiving stolen property with a value of more than $500. Bond was set at $40,000 cash or property; Michael Mullins with the Stanford Police Department testified.

Miranda D. Hale, 31, 408 Marimon Ave., Harrodsburg: fraudulent use of a credit or debit card with a value more then $500 within six months; unlawful access to a computer. Bond was set at $15,000 cash or property. Folger testified.

Carolyn Foley, 38, 2385 Ephesus School Road, Waynesburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth.
