Boyle County indictments

A Boyle County grand jury indicted the following people on Jan. 11:
• Benjamin Rodrigez, 35, 100 Shakerpoint Dr. No. 4, Danville: second-degree wanton endangerment for allegedly wielding a knife in the direction of another person on or about Dec. 3. Bail was set at $2,000. David Lewis with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Chadwich Abbott, 34, 3540 Beseda Court, Lexington: third-degree criminal attempt to commit unlawful transaction with a minor. Bail was set at $1,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Roger Baker, 23, 103 Bowman Road Trail, Berea: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (oxymorphone); and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Toney Dollins with Kentucky State Police testified.
• Samantha Blevins, 44, 3459 Ky. 906, Liberty: first-degree bail jumping. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Lamb testified.
• Waylon Bowling, 41, 645 Ed Padgett Road, Waynesburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Bail was set at $5,000. Moses testified.
• Sammy Baughman, 61, 2036 Nashville Court Apt. B, Lexington: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine); first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine); possession of drug paraphernalia; and two counts of fraudulent use of an ID card. Bail was set at $30,000. Aaron Sparks with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Jordan Campbell, 27, 305 Creekwood Dr., Berea: unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities. Bail was set at $5,000. Moses testified.
• Loren Harris, 28, 540 Goggin Road, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl). Bail was set at $5,000. Paul Megilligan with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Stacy Jones, 31, 518 Longview Dr. Apt. 4, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine); and first-degree wanton endangerment for allegedly creation a substantial danger of death or serious injury to a minor child. Bail was set at $10,000. Megilligan testified.
• Marshall Lewis, 26, 308 Old Brown Road, Salvisa: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl); first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin); and first-degree wanton endangerment for allegedly creating a substantial danger of death or serious injury to a minor child. Bail was set at $10,000. Megilligan testified.
• Joey Maddox, 35, 2264 East Fork Road, Harrodsburg: tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $5,000. Justin Kearney with Kentucky State Police testified.
• Maron Mebrahtu, 32, 2719 S. Fourth St., Louisville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine); and driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $10,000. Adam Wilson with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Dustin Privett, 30, 17 Crestview Dr., Danville: first-degree promoting contraband; and public intoxication. Bail was set at $5,000. Patrick McQueen with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Leonard Riley, 42, 1111 Sycamore St., Danville: 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Bail was set at $20,000. Leslie Strong with Kentucky State Police testified.
• Daiquan Smith, 24, 13B Robinson Terrace, Richmond: first-degree bail-jumping. Bail was set at $5,000. Lamb testified.
• Joshua Smith, 32, 2898 Wilson Ridge Road, Liberty: theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Megilligan testified.
• Patty Stevens, 43, 343 Buster Pike, Danville: flagrant nonsupport. Bail was set at $5,000. Blaine Young with Child Support Enforcement testified.
• Tevin Williams, 27, 104 Ashford Dr., Danville: two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl). Bail was set at $20,000. Megilligan testified.
The following defendants were indicted on information:
• Thomas L. Brummett, 28, 100 Brown Hollow Road, Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); first-degree carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
• Willie R. Coulter, 44, 104 Oakmont Dr., Nicholasville: third-degree burglary; and receiving stolen property less than $500.
• Simon Brier Harrison, 32, 4800 S. Duncan Road, Kings Mountain: theft by unlawful taking under $500; and first-degree criminal mischief.
• Mysheka Young, 23, 515 Quest Dr., Louisville: first-degree promoting contraband for allegedly attempting to bring 47 Suboxone strips in Northpoint Training Center.
