1948-2018
Edward Richard Boswell, Jr., 70, of Danville, passed away Thursday at his home.
He was a retired Army SFC veteran. Edward was the son of the late Edward R. Bowell Sr. and Evelyn I. Loyd of Danville. He was preceded in death by a sister, Rita F. Borden.
He is survived by a daughter, Cherie Boswell of Danville; son, Fabian Boswell of Everux, France; five grandchildren; one great grandson; sisters, Melissa Gegwetch (Dean) and Paula Gordon (Jimmy); 47 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services 1 p.m. Wednesday at Preston-Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home. Visitation 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. www.prestonpruitt.com
