Casey County indictments

A Casey County grand jury indicted the following people on Jan. 5:

• Christopher D. Woodall, 27, 111 Little Louisville Road No. 2, Jamestown: first-degree fleeing or evading police; second-degree being a persistent felony offender; no registration receipt in vehicle; no registration plates; driving on a suspended license; resisting arrest; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, second or subsequent offense. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only. Troopers Zachary Scott and Jonathan Carlock with Kentucky State Police testified.

• Steven Gordon Holladay, 34, 2434 Eastway Dr., Lexington: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified); and public intoxication. Bail was set at $2,500 cash only. Deputy Chad Weddle with the Casey County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Kelly M. Foster, 31, 7492 Ky. 501 South, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $1,000. Weddle testified.

• Franklin Scott Faulkner, 44, 1000 W. Market St., Louisville: identity theft; and third-degree criminal trespassing. Bail was set at $1,000. Keith Addison testified.

• Shelly M. Fulton, 32, Safe Harbor Women’s Shelter, Ashland: first-degree bail-jumping; and second-degree being a persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $5,000. Commonwealth’s Detective Dennis Allen testified.
