Legislative coffee event with elected officials

State Rep. Daniel Elliott will host a legislative coffee and constituent event with Sen. Rick Girdler and Danville Mayor Mike Perros at 9 a.m. on Feb. 5 at Danville City Hall.

Elliott, Girdler and Perros will be on-hand for a meet and greet with constituents. Coffee will be provided and attendees will be encouraged to interact and ask questions of their elected officials.

Correction

The quote that appeared on the front page of Thursday’s edition of The Advocate-Messenger under “Boyle breaks ground on new middle school” was incorrectly attributed. It was said by Boyle County Superintendent Mike LaFavers.
