Garrard County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Garrard County grand jury on Jan. 19:

• Cameron Amburgey, 30, 340 Copper Creek Road, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,500 cash.

Brian Daniels, 1161 Baxter Road, Lawrenceburg: flagrant non-support. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Christina Bullock testified.

Ricardo Bell, 42, 818 Conns Lane, Lancaster: three counts first-degree sexual abuse when he subjected a child younger than 12 to sexual contact; three counts first-degree sodomy when he engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with child younger than 12; two counts rape of a child younger than 12. Bail was set at $25,000 cash. Detective Allen with Kentucky State Police testified.

Christen Fields, 24, 746 Tanyard Branch Road, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Officer Gibson with the Garrard County Police Department testified.

Steven Morton, 40, 85 East Hickory Court, New Haven, Kentucky: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; trafficking in marijuana; third-degree trafficking in controlled substance, adderal. Summons was issued. Officer A. Weston with the GCPD testified.

Marvin Turner, 51, 1202 Fall Lick Road, Lancaster: receiving stolen property valued more than $500; possession of defaced firearm. Summons was issued. Weston with GCPD testified.

William Agee, 56, 201 Baugh St., Berea: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Officer J. Napier with GCPD testified.

Darrell Cox, 41, 808 Wheatcroft Court, Lexington: use of electronic means to procure a minor to engage in sexual activities. Summons was issued. Gibson testified.

Chris Day, 30, 121 Azalea Ave., Bardstown: driving under the influence on intoxicants; first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Summons was issued. Officer Cheek with the Lancaster Police Department testified.

Tracy Wolfinbarger, 46, 15 Second St., Berea: use of electronic means to procure a minor to engage in sexual activities. Summons was issued. Gibson testified.

Micah Lester, 28, 329 Richmond St., Lancaster: use of electronic means to procure a minor to engage in sexual activities; resisting arrest. Summons was issued. Gibson testified.

Juan Tlazalo, 34, 1081 East New Circle Road, Lexington: use of electronic means to procure a minor to engage in sexual activities. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Gibson testified.

The following people were discharged from custody and bonds deposited to be refunded because more than 60 days have elapsed since the case was referred to the grand jury:
