1925-2018

Edna Bradley Harmon, 92, died Saturday, January 27, 2018.

She was born in Boyle County on February 4, 1925, to the late Oscar and Catherine Williams Bradley. Edna worked as a Dental Assistant for years until she went back to school for License Practical Nursing. She worked as a LPN for Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center until her retirement. Edna was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). 

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, James Donald Harmon; a son, James Irvin Harmon; a brother, Ray Lee Bradley; and a sister, Iva C. Reynolds. 

She is survived by a son, Kenneth Allen (June) Harmon of Danville; a cousin, Kyle (Patricia) Bailey of Perryville; two grandchildren; and two sister-in-laws, Marian Gibson of Danville and Bertha Harmon of Perryville. 

There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Perryville. Rev. Joey Pusateri will officiate. 

The family wants to express their appreciation to Morning Pointe and Heritage Hospice for the care given to Mrs. Edna Harmon.
