Mercer County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on Jan. 10:
• Jamin Blacketer, 29, 771 Perryville Road, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary at Apple Market. Bail was set at $5,000. Andrew Lay with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.
• Andrew Horn, 33, 2745 Mackville Road, Harrodsburg: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine and heroin. Bail was set at $20,000. Scott Elder with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Johnathan Thomas, 30, 1903 Oxford Circle, Lexington: second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $15,000. Casey Rucker with the Burgin Police Department testified.
• Michael Black, 33, 1040 Duncan Road, Lawrenceburg: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking less than $500. Bail was set at $5,000. Tim Gambrell with MCSO testsified.
• Wesley Simpson, 36, 1513 Continental Square, Lexington: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; tampering with physical evidence; resisting arrest. Bail was set at $15,000. Elder testified.
• Richard Bouma, 36, 5810 Denali St., Anchorage, Kentucky: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $15,000. T.J. Wren with HPD testified.
• Malik Jones, 25, 5387 Savoy Chase Xing, Lithonia, Georgia: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; first-degree fleeing or evading police in vehicle; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; third-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $15,000. T.J. Godbey with HPD testified.
• Dario Mauriz-Cruz, 25, 5000 Bryan Station, Lexington: two counts theft by unlawful taking with a value between $10,000 and $1,000,000; two counts theft by unlawful taking of a firearm; theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000; eight counts first-degree unlawful access to a computer; four counts second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $30,000. Elder testified.
