FEBRUARY 2

12:24 a.m., a female who sounds under the influence said she was assaulted by her ex-husband; she refused EMS; caller advised the subjects were in the outbuilding and she was inside the house.

12:32 a.m., a blue SUV with no brake lights is on Fourth Street heading south and is weaving all over the road and is in the wrong lane; traffic stop on Garland Road; license plate was registered to a missing person; 1:58 a.m., family contacted.

3:48 p.m., caller at Long Run Community Apartments said a passenger in a white vehicle brandished a pistol and fired a shot; vehicle left the scene heading toward Main Street.

7:47 a.m., a vehicle has struck a light pole at Fourth and Main streets; injury accident.

8:50 a.m., officer is picking up a chain saw that is in the middle of the road at Citation Drive and Whirl-a-Way Drive; a male approached the officer and claimed the chain saw.

9:07 a.m, caller has run out of gas and pulled into a driveway on Lexington Road; assistance given.

9:13 a.m, a 3-year-old child has been found wandering alone on Holladay Drive; child is now back with parents.

11:54 a.m., a juvenile male shoplifter is in custody at Walmart.

12:30 p.m., possible injury, single vehicle accident on Ky. 2168; vehicle is in the drainage ditch.

12:42 p.m., a fire is in a machine in the back of Meggitt Aircraft building on Corporate Drive; 12:55 p.m., fire is under control.

2:11 p.m., caller is attempting to sell an item and received a check in the mail for more than the amount; it may be a scam.

2:29 p.m., a male appears to be passed out in a red car parked at Dollar General Store on Hustonville Road and a female passenger appears to be under the influence of narcotics; arrest made.

2:46 p.m., citizen is at police department in reference to possible child abuse.

3:20 p.m., three people are trying to catch a dog on the side of U.S. 150 outside of Perryville; no action taken.

4:05 p.m., a dog is running loose and barking at people on High Street.

4:26 p.m., a customer at a store on Henry Street has found a small plastic bag containing a white powder in the store.

5:35 p.m., Centre College public safety is receiving multiple reports of a male in a gold car is driving around campus yelling sexual comments to females.

6 p.m., employees at McDonald’s flagged down an officer to check on the welfare of a female; arrest made.

7:32 p.m., caller wants to speak to an officer about sexual abuse of a juvenile female.

7:37 p.m., vehicle stop on U.S. 150; arrest made.

8:07 p.m., report of unauthorized use of a SUV since 2 p.m. today; officers to search KSD Village Apartments and Randolph Hill for the vehicle.

9:38 p.m., officers to be on the lookout for Whitley County of a vehicle with red and blue lights that was involved in an armed robbery.

9:58 p.m., Kentucky State Police is requesting assistance with vehicles racing; they just turned onto Ky. 2168 from U.S. 127.

10:53 p.m., someone may be trying to enter a residence on Ben-Ali Drive through a window and back door.

11:01 p.m., report of a hit and run accident at Fourth and Main streets; caller is chasing the suspect vehicle which is a black pickup truck; vehicle stop on Shakertown Road at Danville Christian Academy; arrest made.

11:54 p.m., report of underage drinking going on at residence.

FEBRUARY 3

6:01 a.m., there is a water main break at the church construction site at Main and First streets.

9:42 a.m., extra patrol is requested for Cloverdale Drive due to a car being egged.

10:09 a.m., extra patrol is requested for Nichols Street due to vehicles that have been egged.

10:15 a.m., vehicle that was reported as being unauthorized use has been returned but the owner wants it checked by law enforcement in case the suspect left narcotics in it.

11:33 a.m., officer en route to a residence for a possible illegal burn; parents were advised of the juveniles burning items.

2:48 p.m., a verbal altercation just occurred at Big Lots; female and her mother is in a vehicle in the parking lot; male is still in the store.

3:43 p.m., occupant in a gray SUV parked on McClure Drive may be involved in drug activity; arrest made.

3:47 p.m., vehicle stop on North Alta Avenue; arrest made.

3:47 p.m., male shoplifter at Walmart is in custody; he has a pocket knife that he was using to cut open merchandise packaging; arrest made.

6:12 p.m., a male just caused a disturbance and fled the scene after threatening the business on South Fourth Street.

6:16 p.m., a male has damaged caller’s vehicle on Madison Avenue.

8:08 p.m., noise complaint at apartment on Hill-n-Dale Drive; a male was using a sledge hammer to take the doors off the hinges at his residence.

8:24 p.m., there is a dumpster fire at the construction site at West First and Buell streets in Perryville.

10:54 p.m., caller’s grandson is out of control and damaged property at the residence.

FEBRUARY 4

12:09 a.m., someone in a red mini van just dropped off a male in the caller’s driveway on Autumn Court.

5:30 a.m., open door at Melton’s #2; building is secured.

7:46 a.m., on old Ky. 2168 there is a an unoccupied vehicle on the side of the road that is running with the lights turned off.

9 a.m., injury accident on Wards Branch Road where a vehicle is overturned in a ditch.

10:24 a.m., caller wants to speak to an officer in reference to receiving upsetting calls from a private phone number.

1:07 p.m., caller’s front door is open and unsecured; caller is waiting in a car at the residence; door was resecurred and a message was left for the realtor.

2:56 p.m., property theft occurred overnight at Admiral Stadium

3:23 p.m., caller from Nosco Road has heard huge explosions in the area; it may be from a canon; explosions have been heard several times within the past hour.

4:52 p.m. two-vehicle, possible injury accident on South Fourth Street; one subject is laying in the road.

5:25 p.m., officer checking on the welfare of a 16-year-old female who has walked away from home; the juvenile is trying to get to Junction City.

7:28 p.m., caller is requesting to check on the welfare of a 10-year-old because of saying they didn’t have heat in the residence.

7:47 p.m., a suspicious male walking on East Lexington Avenue appears to be hiding something under a jacket he’s carrying.

10:04 p.m., vehicle stop on Hickory Lane; arrest made.

11:27 p.m., vehicle stop on Hustonville Road; arrest made.

FEBRUARY 5

10:18 a.m., caller is requesting extra patrol on North Hill-n-Dale Drive due to juveniles breaking into apartments.

2:57 p.m., a male who is not wearing a shirt is screaming for help on North Hill-n-Dale Drive; 3:08 p.m., officer forced entry into a closet and one male detained; 3:55 p.m., police notifying emergency room they are bringing in a combative male.

3:33 p.m., drug paraphernalia has been found on Centre Estates Drive.

4:30 p.m., a gray vehicle is over turned in the road on Jackson Street in Perryville; a male is walking toward Battlefield Road and he may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol; arrest made.

4:37 p.m., a male has attempted to commit suicide by electrocution.

5:57 p.m., investigation on Lebanon Road; arrest made.

8:05 p.m., a male is screaming outside a residence at Stewarts Lane and Alum Springs Road then ran into the woods.

8:58 p.m., injury accident at Lexington and Goggin Lane; physical domestic altercation in progress with involved subjects and a utility pole is down; a male may be overdosing.

9:51 p.m., a male from an injury accident has left the emergency room with an IV; staff didn’t see him leave; unable to locate subject.

10:15 p.m., arrest made at North Second Street residence.
