Lincoln County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on Jan. 26:

Trent L. Calhoun, 28, 213 Martin Luther King St., Stanford: flagrant non-support, $6,994.62. Bail was set at $7,000 cash. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.

Joey L. Gould, 35, 1400 Moores Lane, Stanford: flagrant non-support, $16,486.03. Bail was set at $16,000 cash. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.

Michael Young Jr., 41, 14310 Old Somerset Road, Waynesburg: flagrant non-support, $7,546.45. Bail was set at $7,000 cash. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.

Matthew R. Roloff, 28, 15837 U.S. 27 South, Waynesburg: flagrant non-support, $9,853.63. Bail was set at $9,000. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.

Shad J. Sams, 38, 9185 East Laurel Road, London: flagrant non-support, $10,525.37. Bail was set at $10,000 cash. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.

Joie T. Brown Jr., 33, 1445 Richmond St., Mount Vernon: flagrant non-support, $14,675.11. Bail was set at $14,000. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.

The following people were indicted on Jan. 27:

Bernard L. Hoskins, 51, 750 Geneva McKinney Road, McKinney: first-degree wanton endangerment when he threatened a female with a knife. Bail was set at $20,000. Deputy Rob Oney with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department testified.

Deonte L. Coulter, 21, 2525 Boneyville Road, Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $7,500 cash or property. Trooper Tyler Morris with the Kentucky State Police testified.

Timothy O. Johnson, 31, 1029 Greenview Drive, Danville: Ronnie B. Rogers, 36, 114 Pumpkin Run Road, Parksville: and Cynara T. Davis, 26, 2665 Spice Ridge Road, Stanford: Johnson and Rogers were indicted on first-degree burglary; and first-degree robbery; Davis was indicted on complicity to first-degree burglary and complicity first-degree robbery. Bail for each defendant was set at $75,000. Sheriff Curt Folger with the LCSD testified.

The following people were indicted on Jan. 30

Austin L. McClure, 22, 115 Foster Lane, Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance,methamphetamine; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $5,000 cash or property. Morris testified.

The following people were indicted on information:

John A. Graves, 28: possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Sentence continued.

Richard Lee Hogue, 56, 590 Berry Hollow Road, Stanford: driving a vehicle under the influence fourth or more offense.

Tristin Middleton, 21: tampering with a prisoner monitoring device. Sentence continued.

Derek Mixon, 39, 4221 Dry Ridge Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; receiving stolen property between $500 and $10,000. Pretrial diversion granted.

Randall T. Perkins, 26, 105 Doty Lane, Lancaster: tampering with a prisoner monitoring device. Sentence continued.

The following people were indicted on information Dec. 27:

Delver Issacs, 44, 163 Stanford St., Crab Orchard: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance meth. Sentenced to three years on Jan. 26.

Terri Lee King, 52, 180 Kennedy Bridge Road, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Order granting pretrial diversion.

Noah D. Goodpaster, 20, 743 Maple Swamp Road, Waynesburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth. Pretrial diversion granted.
