FEBRUARY 22

9:06 a.m., report of a silver car that was stolen overnight from Bruce Court; garage door is standing partially open.

9:30 a.m., a male may be trespassing at High Street location; physical altercation in progress; arrest made.

9:58 a.m., a vehicle has struck a deer on Chrisman Lane.

11:45 a.m., a citizen stopped a deputy at the courthouse and reported a female who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol was at Huddle House. She has a small child with her and she got up and started washing dishes.

12:12 p.m., caller just saw two young males leaving a vacant residence carrying backpacks; caller believes they may be staying there without permission.

12:20 p.m., a foster child has been left behind by the foster dad at Walmart about 30 minutes ago; after officer arrived on scene Walmart called back and said the foster dad was at the service desk.

12:32 p.m., report of forced entry to Diesel Tech and theft from a Norfolk Southern vehicle parked in the lot.

1:10 p.m., caller has located his vehicle at a salvage business but they are refusing to release it to him.

3:22 p.m., two children at the elementary school do not want to go home because the mother is on drugs.

3:57 p.m., male has been cited for having 10 plants in the house.

4 p.m., verbal altercation in progress over a dog on Third Street in Junction City; male has a firearm.

4:33 p.m., a black vehicle has struck a building on Daniel Drive.

4:39 p.m., possible attempted theft of a vehicle on Longview Drive because the wires under the dashboard have been cut.

5:53 p.m., vehicle stop at Alum Springs Convenience Center; arrest made.

7:36 p.m., caller from North Third Street wants to speak to an officer about multiple break-ins at a residence.

7:54 p.m., extra patrol is requested for business on Hustonville Road due to an upset customer who just left and may return.

9:25 p.m., sheriff’s office is requesting EMS for a a pregnant female who is having pains; K9 unit located drugs; citation issued.

10:01 p.m., teenagers smell drugs in a theatre at Danville Cinemas 8.

10:25 p.m., driver of a vehicle isn’t stopping for officer on Alum Springs; vehicle stopped and arrest made.
