Boyle grand jury hands up indictments on 34
The following people were indicted by the Boyle County grand jury on Feb. 28:
• Sanchez Bailey, 25, 528 Longview Drive: second-degree wanton endangerment when he pointed a gun at a child; third-degree terroristic threatening. Bail was set at $2,000.
Aaron Sparks with the Danville Police Department testified. Second-degree escape when he failed to return to the detention center as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the BCSO testified.
• Tamara Berry, 28, 365 Lee Drive, Stanford: criminal facilitation to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; two counts first-degree wanton endangerment when she provided another person the opportunity for trafficking a controlled substance in the presence of a child. Bail was set at $4,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Dreama Bishop, 28, 1860 South Danville Bypass: theft by unlawful taking less than $500. Bail was set at $2,000. McCoy testified.
• Tanner Barrett, 23, 104 Daly Court, Lancaster: first-degree possession of controlled substance, heroin; tampering with physical evidence; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Adam Wilson with the DPD testified.
• Terina Berry, 26, 363 Sun Valley Drive, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; two counts first-degree wanton endangerment when she was trafficking a controlled substance in the presence of two children. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Trent Calhoun, 29, 213 Martin Luther King Blvd.: first-degree burglary when he entered a residence and caused physical injury to a female. Bail was set at $20,000 and order of no contact with victim. Lisa Dollins with the DPD testified.
• Tyler Calhoun, 25, 1071 East Lexington Avenue, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Dallas Carlton, 24, 135 Aspen Drive, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Amber Clements, 33, 318 South Alta Ave.: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; first-degree promoting contraband when she brought dangerous contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Sparks testified.
• Aaron Denny, 35, 154 Pope Road: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Carrie Dunham, 40, 112 Amburgy Circle, Nicholasville: first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by possessing counterfeit bills; possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Johnathan Elliott, 28, 351 Holtzclaw Ave.: first-degree wanton endangerment when he held a sword to the throat of a female. Bail was set at $5,000. Brandon Klein with the DPD testified.
• Deborah Harris, 52, 401 Taylor Blvd., Campbellsville: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; theft by unlawful taking less than $500. Bail was set at $5,000 and ordered to stay off of all Walmart properties. Norman Lawrence with the Walmart LP testified.
• Leroy Hawkins, 23, 432 Russell St.: first-degree fleeing or evading police when he was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; DUI. Bail was set at $5,000. Jacob Ruhe with the DPD testified.
• Jacob Hill, 24, 1275 Chaplin Road, Willisburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Steven DeBord with the DPD testified.
• Natalie Huff, 45, 147 Herrington Woods, Harrodsburg: first-degree promoting contraband when she brought dangerous contraband into the the detention center. Bail was set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the BCSO testified.
• James Leese, 33, 172 Ila Ave., Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Joshua Messer, 20, 244 Stoney Point Road: two counts first-degree sodomy. Bail was set at $40,000 and order for no contact with victim. Dollins testified.
• David Meyer, 45, 2808 Clays Mill Road, Lexington: first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by possession counterfeit bills. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Matthew Nelson, 42, 2040 Dunkirk Drive, Lexington: criminal possession of a forged instrument by possession counterfeit bills; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Charlotte Newman, 47, 1151 Craintown Road, Gravel Switch: first-degree promoting contraband when she brought dangerous contraband into the detention center. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Amber Puckett, 43, 122 Southern Drive, Perryville: three counts first-degree unlawful access to a computer when she accessed a computer to obtain money or property for herself by fraudulent representation. Bail was set at $20,000. AJ Mullins with the DPD testified.
• Natasha Richardson, 34, 2460 High Bridge Road, Wilmore: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Kevin Ring, 30, 516 Cardinal Drive: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; theft by unlawful taking less than $500 from Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000 and ordered to stay off all Walmart properties. Klein testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. • Joshua Robinson, 32, 9394 Ky. 490 East Bernstadt: two counts third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $20,000 and ordered to stay off all Walmart properties. Norman Lawrence with Walmart LP testified.
• Benjamin Russell, 33, 105 Hartford Place, West Monroe, Louisiana: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; driving a vehicle while license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at $5,000. Sparks testified.
• Michelle Sears, 35, 8009 Davenport Lane, Maysville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Sparks testified.
• Matthew Shannon, 2840 Mackville Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Keith Addison with the BCSO testified.
• Benjamin Sparrow, 24, 112 Lord Murphy: trafficking in marijuana between 8 ounces and 5 pounds. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Brian Stigler, 50, 4492 U.S. 27 North, Lancaster: criminal possession of a forged instrument by possession counterfeit bills. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Kaci Tankersly, 28, 3095 Ky. 1247, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Cassey Tidwell, 31, 492 Sparksville Road, Columbia: first-degree promoting contraband when she introduced dangerous contraband into the detention center. Bail was set at $5,000. Todd Timms with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.
• William Turk, 25, 321 Affirmed Drive: first-degree wanton endangerment when he wielded a knife against a male. Bail was set at $5,000 and ordered no contact with victim. Joseph Hughes with the DPD testified.
• Sierra Younger, 19, 103 John St., Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; theft by unlawful taking less than $500 from Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000. Chris Wentz with the DPD testified.
