Mary Jane Fields Sparrow, 86, widow of William F. Sparrow, died Saturday. 

Survivors: two children, Sarah (Greg) Maddox and Stephen (Tiffany) Sparrow, seven grandchildren, all of Danville; one brother, Jimmy (Sheila) Fields, Richmond. Services 2 p.m. Sunday, Ransdell Funeral Chapel with visitation 12 p.m. Sunday. Memorials suggested to Indian Hills Christian Church.
