Whole lot of holes

- On North Fourth Street Friday morning, Kisha Justice gets a scoop of blacktop to throw into a pothole.
Kisha Justice and Mark Greenwell with the City of Danville Public Works Department traveled around the town’s streets, avenues and roads looking for potholes to fill Friday morning. Justice said they knew of six rough areas to patch, but were also driving the roads and stopping when they saw one to fix.
Mark Greenwell uses his foot to tamp down the heated, sticky asphalt into a pothole on North First Street.
