The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on March 21:

• Clarissa Yankey, 28, 1020 East Main St.: receiving stolen property belonging to Walmart worth less than $500. Bail was set at $2,000. Adam Wilson with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Dequenton Alcorn, 34, 709 Upper St.: receiving stolen property worth $10,000 or more when he possessed a vehicle owned by Chrysler of Lawrenceburg; driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $10,000. Tanner Abbott with the DPD testified.

• Shannon Ashley, 39, 172 Ben Jean Drive: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Melissa Bandy, 45, 3725 Ky. 2141, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Aaron Sparks with the DPD testified.

• Christopher Bennett, 31, 70 Ky. 643, Waynesburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance; first-degree criminal facilitation to commit trafficking a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Brett Berry, 29, 6923 Ky. 78, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. McCoy testified.
