MARCH 27

3:52 a.m., caller at Northtown Apartments believes three people are in the house to harm him; he is armed with scissors; KSP notified; arrest made.

MARCH 29

7:28 a.m., a 29-year-old female may be overdosing on heroin; social services also contacted.

7:52 a.m., caller is requesting extra patrol due to being afraid the neighbor is going to break-in on Benedict Drive.

9:37 a.m., possible narcotic activity in progress by a male and female in a car at Dawn Apartments: 10:26 a.m., caller at the apartments is requesting officers to return due to subjects throwing drugs or paraphernalia out into the bushes; 10:47 a.m., vehicle was not there and nothing located in the bushes.

9:45 a.m., injury accident at Third and Walnut Streets.

10:06 a.m., caller is reporting that a tractor trailer heading toward Washington County has hay about to fall off the back.

11:20 a.m., caller is reporting a male and female at Henson Park are smoking marijuana; officer said they will watch for narcotic activity but due to the caller refusing to give his information and the last two calls he reported were false, officers are not taking action at this time.

12 p.m., male and female at Henson park are shaking and acting strangely; male under arrest and female cited and released.

12:38 p.m., two-vehicle non-injury accident involving an EMS ruck on West Main Street.

2:14 p.m., a school bus has struck an elderly male at Third and Walnut streets; road is going to be shut down.

3:16 p.m., a suspicious male driving a black minivan came into Community Trust Bank and stated he wanted to open an account then he just left the building, got into his vehicle, drove around the shopping center then returned.

4:46 p.m., a downed tree is blocking Whites Cemetery Road in Perryville.

5:24 p.m., driver in a green pickup truck is swerving all over Shakertown Road; an object is tied in the back with a pink string.

5:36 p.m., two-vehicle possible injury accident at Citation Drive and the bypass.

6:23 p.m., a shoplifter just left Walmart in a 2-door vehicle with a convertible top; subject stole a car jack.

8:37 p.m., caller believes a neighbor poisoned his dog.

11:26 p.m., caller on Burckley Drive believes someone sprayed something near her home’s air vents and the smell has filled her kitchen; a suspicious male in dark clothing left the area on foot.
