Flora Lee Lane Asbury

1926-2018

Flora Lee Lane Asbury, 92, of Hustonville passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Danville Centre for Health and Rehab. She had been living there for the past six months.  Born January 6, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Lafe and Lizzie Gibson Lane. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Asbury and daughter, Lyda Asbury. 

Survivors include her son, Gilbert Asbury of Danville; three daughters, Modene Asbury of Danville, Loraine (Shorty) Darland of Harrodsburg and Phyllis Pendygraft of Junction City; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 27 great-great grandchildren. 

Services will be at 1 p.m., Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Modene Asbury and Bro. Don Garland. Visitation is after 11 a.m., Friday. Private burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery.
