Police news: Fire destroys home on Scrubgrass

A fire destroyed a vacant mobile home at 1854 Scrubgrass Road at about 7:22 p.m. Tuesday. According to Boyle County Fire Department Public Information Officer Tim Middleton, the home was unoccupied at the time and neighbors discovered the fire.
The mobile home was fully engulfed by the time crews got the call, and was totally destroyed when they arrived, Middleton said. No one was injured.
