The following people appeared in front of a Lincoln County grand jury on April 16:

Hershel Carpenter: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, one year.

Robert Watkins: driving vehicle while license has been revoked or suspended for DUI third offense, pre-trial diversion granted.

Direct indictments

Richard C. Haight: first-degree possession of a controlled substance,heroin; first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree fleeing or evading police; driving under the influence of drugs.

Billy J. McMillion Jr.: first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
