Maygan Taylor, left, and Jaiden Hoover, right, presented their mental health awareness project to Heritage Business and Professional Women’s Club on April 18. The young ladies won the state competition and will compete at nationals in Dallas, Texas in June. The project was titled “LCHS Anxiety.” They are students at the Lincoln County Area Technology Center. Heritage Business and Professional Women’s Club mentored the HOSA (the organization for Health Science program) team on “The BPW Story” and “Equal Pay Day.” Taylor and Hoover are pictured with Dana Moore, HOSA sponsor.
