Small yet mighty: Recently, Danville Montessori lower elementary students ran a lemonade stand to raise money for the Danville-Boyle County Humane Society. The kids manning the station pictured are Bella Bradshaw, Kathryn Lewis, Avery Dunn, Charlie Kinkade, Abbie and Ellie Pennington. According to DBCH, the kids raised $75 this time around, to add to an existing $400 raised earlier this spring. Last year they donated $600, making it a total of $1,075 in less than a year from a small group of motivated DMS students. A small yet mighty group!
