Portraying Mary: The St. Asaph’s Chapter of DAR met at the Danville Country Club on April 13. The guest speaker was Sue Berry. She portrayed DAR Founder Mary Desha of Kentucky. Miss Desha and others founded the Daughters of the American Revolution in October, 1890.
