Boyle grand jury indicts 48

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on April 25:

• Marty Wilburn, 46, 270 Nosco Road: second-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; possession of synthetic drugs; driving a vehicle without liability insurance. Bail was set at $2,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified. Driving a vehicle without liability insurance; leaving the scene of an accident. Bail was set at $2,000. • Christopher Yocum, 55, 830 North College St., Harrodsburg: sexual misconduct when he had sexual intercourse with a female without her consent. Bail was set at $2,000. AJ. Mullins with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Roby Thompson, 48, 1126 Gwinn Island Road: fourth degree assault. Bail was set at $2,000 and no contact with victim. Jody Adams with the BCSO testified.

• Richard Arnold, 47, 238 Little Road, Paint Lick: second-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,000. Adam Wilson with the DPD testified.

• Shannon Ashley, 39, 127 Ben Jean Drive: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Holly Bailey, 36, 2193 Mackville Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.

• Brock Beasley, 39, 149 Old Town Walk, Lexington: third-degree burglary when he entered Walmart; theft by unlawful taking merchandise valued between $500 and $10,000; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise belonging to Lowe’s valued $500 or less.
