Republican candidates meet and greet Thursday 

The Boyle County Republican Party is hosting a “Meet Your Candidates” Rally Thursday, May 10 from 7-9 p.m. at the RECC Building, 1009 Hustonville. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

Lawn Chair Theater hits park Saturday

The next Lawn Chair Theater movie night is Saturday, May 12 in Constitution Square Historic Site, and will feature the movie “Coco” (rated PG). The Heart of Danville event is a free series. Popcorn and drinks sold will raise money for downtown revitalization. Families may bring blankets or chairs.
