Our featured pets for this week are Bunny and Bronson.

Bunny is a darling one-year-old gray tabby. She was a stray, but is a very friendly girl with a loving disposition. Bunny has a cute little pink nose and big golden colored eyes. She knows how to relax and enjoy quiet time, but when visitors come to the cat room and approach her kennel, she is ready to be an official greeter and social butterfly. Bunny will make a great addition to you home if you are looking for a lifelong feline friend!

Bronson is a handsome two-year-old heeler mix. His base color is white and he has brown freckling throughout his coat. Bronson is a very friendly and outgoing fellow. If anything he is a little over exuberant with his greetings. There is nothing he loves more than attention from people. Bronson is a smart boy though and he really wants to please. Bronson will do great in a home where he gets plenty of exercise, consistent handling and of course, lots of love!

Special adoption event

Join us this weekend for a PetSmart Charities National Adoption Event. The Danville-Boyle County Humane Society will be participating at the Brannon Crossing PetSmart on Hwy 27 just north of Nicholasville. We will have adorable puppies and dogs in need of loving forever homes. There will also be cuddly rescue kittens and cats available for adoption all weekend during store hours. Our puppies and dogs will be at PetSmart on Saturday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and on Sunday from noon-5 p.m. If you are considering adding a new pet to your family, this will be the perfect opportunity to find your new best friend!
