Garrard County indictments for June 1

The following people were indicted by a Garrard County grand jury on June 1:
• Nicholas Gadd, 28, Berea: driving on a suspended license; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. No bail was set and a summons was issued. Officer Weston with the Garrard County Police Department testified.
• David Hall, 34, 2065 Cartersville Road: first-degree assault; second-degree assault; fourth-degree assault; first-degree unlawful imprisonment. Bail was set at $75,000 cash only. Officer Gibson with the GCPD testified.
• Kyla Clemens, 31, Berea: theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $10,000 or more from Pike Valley Farms. No bail was set and a summons was served. Officer Willard with the GCPD testified.
• Alan Pike, 51, Berea: theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $10,000 or more from Pike Valley Farms. No bail was set and a summons was served. Officer Willard with the GCPD testified.
• Pershing Smallwood, 46, Berea: driving on a suspended license; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Weston testified.
• Scott Isaacs, 51, 732 Bell Lane: driving under the influence of intoxicant; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. No bail was set and a summons was served. Weston testified.
• Thomas Robinson, 34, 112 Danville St.: two counts first-degree wanton endangerment of a child; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Officer Hughes with the Lancaster Police Department testified.
• Davis Brown, 25, Danville: DUI; possession of an open alcohol container in a vehicle; resisting arrest; third-degree terroristic threatening. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Officer Gibson with the GCPD testified.
• Brian Hurley, 43, Richmond: receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more when he possession a stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $10,000 cash. Officer Napier with the GCPD testified.
• Charles Lear, 25, 234 Cardinal Circle: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance,meth. Bail was set at $2,000 cash. Officer Cheek with the LPD testified.
