Dear Editor, 

I want to thank our community for making the 29th Great American Brass Band Festival a success. Thank you to each and every person who attended one of the many events over the course of the weekend. 

I would like to extend a special thanks to Centre College, City of Danville, Boyle County Fiscal Court, Danville/Boyle County Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the other generous sponsors who funded this beloved event. I encourage everyone to find the full list of Festival sponsors on our website (gabbf.org) and support these businesses. Without their financial support the Festival would not be possible. 

Also, thank you to the countless volunteers who worked tirelessly prior to and over the Festival weekend. Our volunteers are the most dedicated and hardest working group of individuals I’ve ever met — I applaud you for all you do!

Finally, thank you to everyone who assisted me through the last several months. Your guidance and encouragement have been invaluable.
