The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on June 13:

• Kimberly Cole, 53, 736 Parkway Ave.: knowingly exploiting an adult for more than $300 by improper use of financial resources for her own benefit. Bail was set at $10,000. Scott Elder with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Daniel Richardson, 36, 409 Marimon Ave.: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Richard Reilly with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Larry Fairchild, 45, 544 North College St.: possession of synthetic drugs, second or more offense. Bail was set at $5,000. Reilly testified.

• Kenneth Horn, 40, 2135 Bohon Road: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Elder testified.

• Whitney Bottoms, 28, 202 E. Broadway: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Andrew Lay with the HPD testified.

• John Francis, 48, Kirkwood Road, Salvisa: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $20,000. Elder testified.

• Stephanie Watts, 43, 849 Hardin Heights: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, oxycodone. Bail was set at $5,000. Aaron Mille with the HPD testified.

• Whitney Smith, 34, 215 West Columbia Ave., Greensburg: flagrant non-support of her minor child. Bail was set at $5,000 non-refundable. Corey Smith testified.

• Jeffery Carmickle, 20, 1860 S. Danville Bypass: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Brian Allen with the HPD testified.

• Russell Randolph, 49, 672 Belmont St.: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. T.J. Wrenn with the HPD testified.

• Jeremy Moore, 34, 1815 Shortline Road, Perryville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Allen testified.

• Dario Zilch, 33, 1860 S. Danville Bypass: two counts first-degree sexual abuse by subjecting a child under age 12 to sexual contact. Bail was set at $20,000. Wes Gaddis with the MCSO testified.

• Kenneth Horn, 40, 1855 Deep Creek Road: first-degree fleeing or evading police; second-degree fleeing or evading police. Bail was set at $5,000. Elder testified.
