JUNE 19

1:53 a.m., caller at Northtown Apartments believes a man there is taking items out of vehicles and putting them in his apartment.

6:10 a.m., a physical altercation is in progress on Burckley Drive between a male and female; she found a meth pipe and drugs in the man’s truck and then assaulted him; arrest made.

7:04 a.m., a Norfolk Southern Railroad truck was broken into overnight on Shannon Way.

9:31 a.m., caller witnessed a male and female fighting outside; no trouble found; the female believes it’s her ex-boyfriend who is calling and reporting assaults.

10:53 a.m., a power line is down on Grafton Street; KU notified; fire department requested.

12:55 p.m., a female shoplifted at Walmart and fled in a black pickup truck and was seen going behind Cattleman’s Steakhouse; arrest made.

2:20 p.m., extra patrol is requested on Rolling Hills due to a male who is upset over an estate.

2:26 p.m., vehicle stop near Chase Bank; arrest made.

3:38 p.m., a male is laying in a fence row on the bypass at Ky. 2168; caller doesn’t know if he’s breathing; caller didn’t want to approach the male; assistance given.

4:53 p.m., officer out with a subject in a vehicle who was panhandling near Walmart; citation issued.

7:30 p.m., a van has struck a deer on Stanford Road.

7:56 p.m., citizen is at police department to report a 14-year-old male who has been missing since yesterday.

10:04 p.m., possible burglary in progress where people were seen walking around a vacant house with flashlights on Phillips Lane.

10:43 p.m., caller on Hickory Lane is complaining about loud noise where people may be intoxicated.

JUNE 20

12:05 a.m., an intoxicated male is attempting to break into the residence and assault at 17-year-old female; arrest made.

12:40 a.m., caller on Cemetery Street in Junction City is requesting extra patrol in the area due to vehicles being broken into over the past week.

1:05 a.m., driver in a white vehicle just struck a utility pole on Holladay Drive and left the scene; KU notified.

2:12 a.m., a male is refusing to leave the motel; he may be intoxicated; male has been taken to another hotel for the night.

2:58 a.m., caller is reporting that Lexington Avenue Baptist Church bells have been ringing for the past 30 minutes.

10:07 a.m., caller wants to speak with officers who responded to an earlier call about an overdose at a residence where children were present.

12:24 p.m., there is a verbal disturbance between two females on Beech Street; arrest made.

6:25 p.m., caller wants to talk to an officer about her 84-year-old husband who has been gone for three hours and she’s worried.

6:41 p.m., a male at Walmart appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol; consent to search given; arrest made.

7:10 p.m., a man in a gray car threatened the caller with a handgun, then pulled to the end of Butler Drive.

7:55 p.m., a male has drugs and a syringe in an SUV on Russell Street; another male is walking around the vehicle; additional call about a suspicious man acting like he doesn’t want to be seen; arrest made.

8:19 p.m., several syringes have been found at the end of a driveway on Baughman Avenue.

8:21 p.m., report taken about criminal mischief and property damage at Gwinn Island Resort; property owner wants a male to be given a no-trespassing order.

8:47 p.m., caller is en route back to residence to pick up her son; her husband is intoxicated and may cause an argument.
