Ernestine Hafley

1933-2018

Ernestine Hafley, 85, of Hustonville, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 in Lexington.

She was born April 13, 1933, in Bradfordsville and was the daughter of the late Fred and Susie Coffman Beldon. She owned and operated Hafley’s Grocery Store for over 40 years. She was a member of Ellisburg Baptist Church and attended Hustonville Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Hafley.

She is survived by one daughter, Nona (Donald) Pendygraft and one son, Phillip (Yvonne) Hafley, both of Hustonville; one sister, Chelsey Reynolds; six grandchildren, Kristie Mattingly, Trina Bennett, Shay Pendygraft, Allison Torani, Kyle and Kasey Hafley; and 12 great grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Andrew McGinnis, visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery. Memorial Contributions will be made to Hustonville Baptist Church.
