Thelma Parsons Starnes

Thelma Parsons Starnes, 94, of Paint Lick and widow of Ralph A. Starnes, died Monday, July 30 in Berea.

She is survived by daughters, Cheryl Starnes of Lexington and Linda Cox of Lancaster; two granddaughters, Ean Whitney Mason and Hillary Jay Cox Vanoy; and two great grandchildren.
